Week 3 6

We offer key stage 2 pupils that may have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion the chance to develop skills that they have yet to develop or struggle to implement. Our Ethos

We focus on engaging pupils that struggle with school by providing a safe, calm and nurturing space and stimulating learners with a farm and woodland based environment. We aim to cultivate a sense of belonging and ownership of the space. Helping our learners to accept responsibility and learn resilience

Encouraging each pupil to succeed and eventually manage their own behaviour by recognising their challenges and teaching alternative ways to respond to difficult situations.

Our Values

  • Acceptance & Forgiveness
  • Celebrating Diversity
  • Determination & Perseverance
  • Respect & Fairness
  • Caring & Compassion
  • Honesty & Integrity

We have developed various programmes to help support the wide range of needs of primary pupils. Our transition programme for example, aims to bridge the gap between the expected/appropriate behaviour when transitioning from junior to senior school.

We also offer an alternative pathway for pupils who struggle with a full week in school and support with the gap in education between an exclusion and the starting of a new provision or school.

"We undertook a 6 week programme with Circles Farm which benefitted our children enormously. Through a combination of well planned and child led activities, the children developed resilience, team building and perseverance. The instructors quickly developed positive relationships with

each of the children, identifying their needs and using excellent behaviour management strategies to fully engage them."
